John: I do like to have some sort of seasonal change throughout the year, so this is a pretty great spot to be. Although I sure do dream of 80 degrees when I'm stuck inside trying to stay warm.

We started the day below freezing.....but I haven't seen anything like that. I did see some puddles that looked like they had a thin layer of ice on top. Thankfully, we should get to almost 50 degrees here today and we have lots of sun!
