The Ellis Team SW Florida real estate State of the Market Report was released this past week, and in it were some startling observations. Two areas of the county, Central Fort Myers and Bonita Springs - Estero saw average price increases in 2008.
Overall single family inventory was down over 15%, and the months supply of inventory dropped 42.66% down from 30.57 months of supply last year to 17.53 this year.
