Listed Green Leaf Logo - ListedGreen.comListedGreen.com: A New MLS for Green, Energy Efficient, Sustainable Real Estate and Developments - Worldwide

A new company has emerged - Listed Green. Buyers can now search (without registering) for energy efficient, sustainable properties or developments worldwide. Sellers, Real Estate Agents and Developers can now create a listing for a very low fee.

Henderson, NV, May 7th, 2007 –(press release)-- The very best reason why  Listed Green has gone beyond the traditional MLS, was to create a platform for Sellers and Buyers - to bring together like-minded people that want to sell/purchase energy saving, healthy and sustainable properties and receive the exposure that they deserve.

All Listed Green listings are personally reviewed to ascertain to be energy efficient and/or sustainable. This professional and personal approach sets companies like Listed Green far apart from the typical green home and development advertising internet platform.

Initially, since most searches for real estate require the Buyers to "register", Listed Green's website stands out from the rest, allowing the Buyer to search freely and without personal information possibly being sold to third parties.

Sellers and developers of energy saving, sustainable properties and projects can list for a very low fee. Currently, the MLS (multiple listing services) do NOT offer a way to "categorize" and "elevate" the correct values of green, sustainable, energy saving design. Listed Green is also creating alliances with appraisers and lenders to assist in elevating these values to the level they should receive.

Listed Green is also linked to many important "green" organizations, along with being members of Eco-America and the USGBC (United States Green Building Council). They share in the common vision of sustainability.

There also seems to be a "green washing" effect going in the real estate marketplace. Developers claiming to be eco-friendly, but after some research, they only want to "appear" to be embracing the environmental movement, so be aware and investigate the "carbon footprint" of these so-called "green" corporations.

As awareness increases in the global environmental scene, there will be more and more energy-saving and sustainable projects appearing on the horizon.

ListedGreen.com will be the premier website to list and "be seen" when Realtors and Developers decide to present their energy efficient, healthy and sustainable homes or projects.

Listed Green is proud to announce they will be exhibiting at the 4th Annual ALTBUILD EXPO 2007 in Santa Monica, Ca on May 18th and 19th. Admission is free to the public.

David, did you join the Eco green group?  There are a few green projects in southern Nevada now. Verge, CityCenter and Green Valley lofts.  Nice to see a movement towards environmentalism (and saving money). -Charles

Ah yes,the green washing bandwagon. Listed Green screens projects very closely and for instance I observed the Verge website and saw no details of any green, energy saving components, so far. Just one sentence referring to " LEED qualified ". I  would assume that a developer that was serious about building a true green building, would focus on  important components such as recycled materials, heat-mirror glass, solar power or solar water heating, water saving, progressive insulation and the list goes on. The general public is getting smart about what "green" really means. What did they tell you?

Green Valley Lofts will be listing with us next week and they offer a truly green energy saving condo lifestyle. EAG glass facade. Google EAG. Progressive stuff.

CityCenter...................humm. As soon as they started using the term LEED, sales escalated. I took the tour on grand opening day and are still waiting on real green components to be mentioned.

Sullivan Square is at least reclaiming ALL their water. Grey and Black. Awesome for this dry place.
