Have we reached the saturation point in availability of large parcels of land in Somerset and Middlesex Counties? I have been tirelessly looking for a 10 ac + parcel for a client and have not had any luck. Oh but I have to clarify, I have found parcels but they either require septic systems (will not work for my client because of planned use) or they have wetlands issues so severe that there is very little land left for development.
