In today's market, I meet many people every day who are concerned about inesting in real estate. Do not be afraid! When purchasing a home one must remember that you are buying a home. Everyone needs one and to invest in one makes good financial, social and familial sense. Remember that you are paying yourself instead of a landlord and as a consequence are investing in your own self worth. Buying a home can never be wrong and if you can afford to do so, you should be seriously considering it because in the end, even if the value of your home goes down for the short term, you still have a place to hang your hat and you will be the owner of the hook that your hat hangs upon.
