With most real estate professionals operating as independent contractors in sole proprietorships, we're all our own boss running our individual businesses. So, we would always be interested in operating more efficiently. And, any online articles that could help would interest us. However, I did check out an article, source not to be revealed, about cutting costs as Realtors. It actually ties in with my drip email post from yesterday.
It ties in because I considered most of it a total waste of my time to read. It didn't inform well with suggestions like:
- Take your lunch to work.
- Stop smoking.
- Practice scripts and presentations.
I'm not saying that these things will not cut your costs, but the Web already regurgitates millions of pages of the same old stuff. I'd really like to see some NEW suggestions, possibly tied to technology that is free or low cost and can help us to operate with lower costs. How about some more "more for less" suggestions:
- More for Less - Real Estate Farming With New Tools
- More For Less - Free Keyword Density Analysis When You Need It
I'm trying to dig up cost cutting and low cost business building tools, but anyone who would like to recommend one they've found, please comment here.
