The housing market crash cought many owners, sellers and buyers unaware. Does anyone know if it originated in the east of Canada and then moved slowly province by province westward? Or, as I suspect, did it start in the East (Ontario) and jump to the West(Vancouver) and is now slowly moving towards central (Alberta, Sask, Man.) Canada. Some people feel as I do, that we in Alberta, have only felt the tip of the crack and have not yet felt the hammer fall. Any thoughts?
