Thanks for the Comment......here in the north georgia mountains our avergaselling value is a lot lower than yours I am sure. I think Microsoft may have a little bit to do with that! I used to visit your area when I worked for Digital Equipment in the early 90's and covered Georgia-Pacific nationwide and called on the IT department in the Bellingham Mill. I used to stay in Washington and would in-line skate the Samamish (sp?) River Trail and would stop off at the Winerys.
