The "Walk Score" is a little widget that is starting to appear on many real estate websites including Zillow and local MLS/IDX listing websites. It basically tells you how close any particular location is to nearby amenities (businesses, parks, schools, places of worship, etc.). They ranked 2,508 neighborhoods and although I think Denver is a wonderful place to live, I had no idea it would rate so high. Check the site out and see where you city ranks.
