Mr. Benedict,  I live at 600 Creek Drive, Ambler and I am contacting you today concerning  an evergreen tree that is becoming a big problem right behind my deck.  Besides some of the branches hanging over  half of my deck and the needles and pinecones  lying all over my deck and getting into my gutters; there is a very large root going under my deck  coming towards the house.  I am sure that root is eventually going to interfere  with my pipes.  As you already are aware, we have enough water problems.  We have been cuttung the lower branches ourselves, and  I have a retractable awning which the branches are starting to interfere with also.  We  were talking to Mr.Steel the, tree man you employ and he said that in order to take this tree down he would need a work order from you.  I would really appreciate your lookin  into this matter very soon.  We are having gutter covers put on our home and would like this issue resolved.  Thank you for taking the  time to look into this matter.                                 Joyce Cadwell
