According to the March 2009, Texas Realtor Magazine, claimed an average median income for first-time home buyers of 2008 was $69,200. Most of these buyers' ran a median age of 32 while 16 percent of those were female and single. Seven percent were male. Sixty-six percent of Texas sellers will use the same listing agent again.

Is there any correlation to women sitting in the front seat and the husbands sitting in the back when searching for a new home?

of course there is.  Many many wouldnt even live in homes if it wasnt for women.  ex - I might be able to manage camping in a tent.  I KNOW I can manage camping in a teardrop trailer.  My wife insist on a trailer with all the facilities at the very least ;)
