I noticed a home today owned by real estate broker (with an out of town address) has just had another price reduction.
a few other details I observed:
- The home has been on the market for 748 days
- The owner/broker is currently the listing agent and has been trying to sell it himself for over a year.
- The owner/broker had the property listed with another broker previously and after that listing expired the broker/owner RAISED the price $455,000
- The current price is now $605,000 less than the price it was at with the previous broker that had the listing.
The good news for you -- the consumer -- is: the home is now $960,000 less than the original ask price.
Pretty much sums up the current market trends.
