Yet another reason to use Homes and Land.

Original content by Russell Haskins

Here's a couple of flyers you can add to your listing presentation. These show the home seller the local and nationwide exposure you give their home by advertising it in Homes & Land magazine. Make sure to also have a recent copy of the magazine with you to point out your ad. You can also direct them to WhyHomesAndLand.com to learn even more about the quality marketing we provide. You might also want to include our readership demographics.

The magazine rates vary from publisher to publisher. I would contact a national representative and ask if you have a publisher in your area. You see it's not just a magazine, your listings also get syndicated online in your own h&l website which give you further exposure. I see you are in pinal county, arizona. There are 11 homes and land publishers in arizona, but i couldn't tell you which one services pinal county as i'm not from that area. But you can reference to this specific url to find out yourself: http://www.homesandland.com/AdvertisingInfo.cfm?MenuOpt=8&Page=9

Let us know if you got the information you needed as we have a local representative here who could probably find more information for you.

Very interesting.  Homes and Land used to be such a common r.e. household name and now in my market I don't see them in any of the stands, really, anywhere.  I am sure their marketshare has changed with the emphasis having shifted drastically from offline to online venues.

Hi Rebecca, They are getting pushed out of some markets by "The Big Gorillas" who have their own publications now as cost/overhead is hurting the smaller entities. Homes and Land still offers the best product of any print to online syndication company, with the emphasis being on ease of use. A realtor simply has to input the information once for it to be published for both print and online listings. They continue to adapt to new market conditions so i have no doubt they will survive as they are led by some very capable people.

Lyn, There's a lead generation system included. You can make online or email flyers out of your listings for free and you'll have your own subdomain on their server with which you can add an unlimited number of pages to. The company logos over the earth indicate a small portion of the # of sites your listings will be syndicated to.
