Lately I have been seeing signs of spring in the Albemarle County real estate market. We all have our favorite signs that we look out for to tell us that it won't be long until the start of spring.
For some it may be the sight of that first robin
.
For others it could be when those daffodils that have been budded for weeks finally bloom.
Or it could be when the trees begin to bud and the maple trees take on that faint red glow.
And we must not forget when the cherry trees bloom.
For the past few I weeks I have been seeing signs of spring in the Albemarle County real estate market. For a REALTOR in Albemarle County which surrounds Charlottesville, Virginia spring is our busiest time of year and it looks like this year, despite the predictions of gloom and doom, will be no exception. The phone is ringing, my listings are being shown, contracts are coming in, new buyers are calling and setting appointments.
Even though I have yet to see the first daffodil bloom, spring has sprung and my world is already in the spring Albemarle County real estate market.
