USING A PROFESSIONAL STAGER TO READY YOUR HOME FOR SALE

If you are listing a home to sell, my advice to call an  Accredited Staging Professional and

invite them to go with you when you do your listing presentation.  In any market,  the homes that

are perfect sell faster.    But in a buyer's marrket, this is even more critical.

In today's market, most homes are selling for  a minimum of 10-20% less than the asking price.

Homes that are staged are selling close to list price and much faster.  The way you market

a home is not the way your sellers live in it.   I tell my sellers that they are packing early and this

is no longer their home.   This way they can emotionally distance themselves from the home

and begin to transition to a new location. 

Try using an Accredited Staging Professional on your next listing and give me some feedback

I totally agree.  I almost never take a listing without my favorite stager coming in and doing some "rearranging."  My sellers always love what she does . .  . even pretending to stay because it looks so good!
