Partnerships in your Real Estate Business

Partnerships coming in all forms, the one that I enjoy most is when I call all I have to say is this Marsha.   I do not have to wait to follow each step push 1 for this department, push 2 and now I am at the point of who am I calling.  I spent part of my afternoon with one company (highly known), waiting for a representive to assist me, finally it is my turn she ask every question in the book, some I had already shared by pushing the account #., and then I heard those famous words, this is not my department, I am going to transfer you to make a long story short. I was transferred 3 times and a total of 30 minutes later, I still had no anwers.  So hear goes my 2 cents on partnerships:  I placed a call to one of my partners at 5:30 pm, she answered, I was not transferred, I was not on hold and I did not have to give her my social security #.

I know my clients are busy too, so it is always nice to give them contact information that will answer the phone or return their call.  And I have numerous great partnerships: Insurance companies, home inspectors, lenders, title companies, stager, carpet cleaning and etc..(many more)

I love being a partner too!  You have put together a very successful team and part of that is because you treat them like you want to be treated.  One of the reasons that we stayed in Kentucky is because of those relationships with our community members.  It is nice being a person instead of a number.  Those partnerships that you form will take you far and your clients certainly appreciate the benefits from all of your partnerships.

Sheila like you my family came here as military to service 1 term at Ft. Knox. This summer will be 15 years but we stayed for the same reason relationship in the community.  I really saw the caring when my dad pasted away last year.  It really make you understand the words: family, friends and home.
