I am only beginning to realize the impact of this quote....if I could have understood how important this statement is when I was younger. Listen more and talk less. Now, if I could only make my 13 and 14 year old children grasp this concept.

As Real Estate agents, we should all abide by this quote. If we listen more and talk less, our business just might see an increase.

Ya I think ONLY time helps us understand this concept, but good news at least we finally get it :-) unfortunately a lot of people never get it and talk all the way to their grave .
