Home Buyer Dream Come True Home buyers who buy a house from a home builder will receive $10,000 tax credit.

This is a CA State tax credit which applies only to new construction.

Fred, I'm excited!! I am working with 3 First Time Home Buyers...one who will get an $8,000 Federal tax credit since he is in escrow as of today and the other two will be looking at new homes so they have the possibility of an #18,000 tax credit...EUREKA!!

Lenn, yes it is exciting news...just hope the money lasts until my buyers get their new homes. This is such a great opportunity not only for buyers but also as you pointed out for all those involved in building new homes.
