WOW!  Such a deal, indeed.  Get those builders building and put those carpenters, electricians, plumbers, brick masons, roofers and real estate agents to work.

Work is good.

Fred, I'm excited!!  I am working with 3 First Time Home Buyers...one who will get an $8,000 Federal tax credit since he is in escrow as of today and the other two will be looking at new homes so they have the possibility of an #18,000 tax credit...EUREKA!!

Lenn, yes it is exciting news...just hope the money lasts until my buyers get their new homes. This is such a great opportunity not only for buyers but also as you pointed out for all those involved in building new homes.

You betcha...work is GOOD!

Hi Gena, I heard you wonderful voice yesterday on the blog radio, though I had to listen on the phone as I was unable to get logged in. For some reason the new platform doesn't seem to have me included. I got Jim's e-mail ( must still be on his list for billing purposes). But it was nice to hear your voice. So, Hello, Hope you are doing well!

William, I'm sure you are there...no one is ever left out.  You must have missed something along the way.  I know I tried to twitter you but it seems you only use AR to feed twitter. You might want to give it shot.

Working hard and givign my blog my juice if you know what I mean.
