When your market is just to small

By
Real Estate Agent with Rocky Mountain Realty #EA40039680

Like many Realtors across the country I was approached by Growth Leader to become apart of their new program. After a few minutes on the phone with Jennifer Lew I have to say I was impressed with what they offer. And of course, I checked out all the recent blog posts that agents have been writing about Growth Leader.

But as it some times happens, after I got excited about the possibilities the rug got pulled out from under me. Pueblo (PAR) isn't part of there program - bummer! Our market here in Southern Colorado just isn't big enough.

But the upside of having a small market is a great, close knit community! Come on down to Pueblo and Canon City, see what we have for you!

Thanks for the comments. I think being in a small community does have it's benefits and yes, under the right circumstances it could change quickly. Vestas moving here could be one of those changes.

I've always said that Pueblo and Canon City were Colorado's best kept secrets. I choose to move here and it was a great decisions.

I guess that makes you a big fish in a small pond for the moment! You will be successful in any market you are in because the biggest market advantage you have is a positive attitude. Besides, in a large market how many people are going to be able to finish your introduction for you?

OK Deb - I had to read your comment twice. Everyone else, that's and inside joke. And WE SEE RECYCLED HOUSES!
