Hi Mike.  I had a real estate real estate sales agent call me a "house proctologist".  I took that as a compliment.  Nevertheless, it made me want to wash my hands.

Mike -  Always feel like I have received a compliment when I receive a call from a realtor that is going to purchase a home or a family member is going to purchase a home and they want me to do the inspection.

I've had real estate agents, say you really know your stuff.

I suppose my best compliment is from Realtors who call to tell me "The Buyer is an attorney, so I'm demanding that he use you."

I once inspected a house for a seller before he listed it, He told me that his broker suggested he have me do a pre-listing inspection because I had such a good reputation that few people would question what I found. I really don't believe that is true, as many people have questioned me over the years, but it was a good ego boost just the same.
