Thank you for your emails and comments about your opinions on the stimulus plan... most of you are feeling like it is nothing more than an interest-free loan. Guess what!! That is exactly what the IRS calls it too.
Question - what are your thoughts on the Northern VA real estate market? Have we hit bottom yet or are prices about to fall some more? Thought to keep in mind while you are deciding - Fairfax County is thinking about raising the real estate property tax 13,5 cents soon... what do you suppose that will do to the housing market?
