Cache County Real Estate Market Conditions 2009

Changes in the market require changes in how we think and what we do.

We have smart strategies to help everyone make a smart move in any Cache County Real Estate market.

2007 we had a seller's market, where the excitement of rising prices appealed to both buyers and sellers.  Purchasers clamored to purchase Cache County real estate in order to grab their share of the rising values.  Some Cache Valley home owners who otherwise might not have sold, decided to sell to take advantage of their sudden increase in equity.

2008-09 is a buyer's market.  This is the time when buyers in Cache Valley Utah should really be making the most of their opportunity to enjoy a wide selection and good prices; however the fear of paying too much holds many purchasers back.  Home owners in Cache County Utah who have decided to sell must price aggressively enough to attract buyers who are willing to purchase.  Smart buyers are buying now, to take advantage of excellent choices, good values and attractive interest rates.

Which is better?  It depends on your point of view.  Right now, the Cache County Utah market is weighted in favor of buyers, so buyers should be excited and making smart purchases before the next market shift.  And with the right strategy, sellers are SELLING!  Serious buyers and sellers who are willing to conduct a transaction at fair market value are finding each other and doing business, packing boxes, exchanging keys and exchanging dollars.  The bottom line is, no one knows exactly when any market will change, all we know is the market never stands still.

We are still selling a home every 44 hours!

Hello Debbie!

Our office is kicking but and taking names. We are very proud of what we do with our clients. We take care of them with the upmost professionalism there is.

There were 8 houses sold today, we sold 5 of the 8, and only have 1.5% of the agents in all of our valley. We are so THANKFUL for our client's and work our butts off for them. And they are great to work with, we definately have the best clients in all of Cache Valley!

That picture was taken by my broker, Jette Youngblood's Husband Jon. He went snowmobiling and took a stunning picture of our beautiful Valley. Thank you for your comment!

Lisa, I just had to let you know that I love that photo! Is that a "real" photo or is it doctored and where was it taken?
