Boy, oh, boy, oh buy, here's one we can all agree on, I assume - just kidding! Ruiz in his The Four Agreements sets forth that all the drama and bad stuff in our lives have come from the assumptions we've made and taking it all personally. And, I know this happens, rather than ask for clarificaiton that we are not sure about, like the details of the new Economic Stimulus package, we may we ASS - U - ME we know and it becomes belief. Who can disagree with this Miguel?

Assumptions are terrible in sales - when you make assumption about a prospect (e.g. dress), you can miss an opportunity for a sale.
