Peter: Those are great terms. It'd be a 572 mile commute for me and that would take about 9-10 hours everyday for driving. I'll keep it in mind though.

Peter: It has been my understanding that it was difficult to find a lender who would consent to such a high percentage of rent to be used as a credit back to the buyer... and then be used for the down payment. Is this no longer correct ? How exactly do you do this ? I am curious. Thanks for sharing.
