WE NEED TO BE HEARD AND WE NEED TO BE LOUD AND CLEAR! SEND EMAILS TO ALL REPRESENTATIVES OF OUR STATE, OF CONGRESS, AND ANYONE ELSE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!

SO HERE IS THE SCOOP..... IF YOU DON'T KNOW OR HAVE NOT HEARD ATTACHED TO OBAMA'S PROPOSED BUDGET IT AN ATTACHMENT TO REDUCE HOW MUCH MORTGAGE INTEREST YOU CAN CLAIM ON YOUR TAXES!! ISN'T IT FUNNY THAT HE DIDN'T MENTION THAT LAST NIGHT IN HIS ADDRESS? OF COURSE NOT HE DOESN'T WANT ANY ONE TO THINK ANYTHING NEGATIVE IS COMING FROM THE BUDGET!!

C.A.R. NEEDS OUR HELP TO STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS PROPOSAL! THE REDUCTIONS WILL NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE CALIFORNIA MARKET (AND OTHER STATES AS WELL), IT WILL FURTHER ERODE OPPORTUNITIES FOR HOME OWNERSHIP, AND WILL CONTRIBUTE TO FURTHER DECLINES AND DIMINISHED EQUITY FOR HOMEOWNERS ALREADY REELING FROM THE ECONOMIC DOWNTURN!

IF THERE IS NO BENEFIT SEPARATING RENTING TO BUYING THEN WHY BUY? IF YOU CAN NOT CLAIM YOUR INTEREST, WHICH MANY AMERICANS COUNT ON, THEN WHY BUY? THEREFORE, THE MARKET WILL CONTINUE TO CRASH, AMERICA WILL CONTINUE ON ITS DOWNHILL SLIDE, AND WHERE WILL WE ALL END UP?

I AM SO TIRED OF THE HALF TRUTH, THE HALF REVEALING... WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE "WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH?" SO HELP US GOD!

SO, FOR THE SAKE OF OUR JOBS AND OUR NATION PLEASE, PLEASE VOICE YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE REDUCTION OF HOME INTEREST!

I do see the need to urge that the home mortgage deduction not be reduced. However, let's be clear about what the proposal actually says. If enacted as presently proposed, in 2010 those whose income is over $250,000 for married couples ($200,000 for singles) will be directly affected. Their tax bracket will basically experience the expiration of the Bush tax cuts for the higher income levels, and the tax rate will revert to 35% from the present 28%. The home mortgage deduction will yield the largest dollar amount increase in taxes to individuals, and thus it is being labeled as a specific agenda of the plan to cut everyones mortgage interest deduction. Only those whose income is in those higher brackets will experience the "loss" of mortgage interest deduction, and only by the difference in the tax rate. That is called 'spin'.

I THINK EVERYONE IN AMERICA IS SUFFERING ENOUGH....... FOR THOSE AMERICANS THAT STILL HAVE JOBS...THEY ARE GETTING SCREWED BY RETAILERS DOUBLING THEIR PRICES. FOR THOSE AMERICANS THAT DONT HAVE JOBS... WELL THEY ARE GETTING IT FROM EVERYWHERE... IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MUCH YOU MAKE FROM $5,000 A YEAR TO $500,000 A YEAR... WE DON'T NEED EVEN MORE TAKEN AWAY FROM US ON TAXES... INTEREST ON A HOUSE IS ABOUT THE ONLY THING ANYONE CAN CLAIM ANYMORE!!!!  

LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT I AM STATING:

I GO TO SAM'S CLUB ON A BI-WEEKLY BASIS AND GET INK FOR MY PRINTER, SO I CAN PRINT STUFF FOR MY REAL ESTATE CLIENTS.... THE HP INK I BOUGHT WENT FROM A THREE PACK BEING $58.00TO A TWO PACK OF BLACK BEING $58.00 AND A TWO PACK OF COLOR BEING $65.00!! THEREFORE, I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE IN JUST SEVEN DAYS.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE:

RECEIVED A QUOTE ONE MONTH AGOFROM A RETAILER ON SINK PARTS FOR MY MOTHER-IN-LAWS SINKS AT HER BEAUTY SHOP SO WE COULD FIX THEM. SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY UNTIL TODAY TO FIX THEM... WENT TO THE SAME RETAILER.... THE VACUUM SEAL WENT FROM $7.00 TO $27.00... AND THE TRAPS WENT FROM $17.00 TO $47.00....

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS OVER THE LAST FOUR TO SIX MONTHS AND SEE JUST HOW PRICES HAVE INCREASED!

NOW YOU TELL ME HOW ANYONE IS SUPPOSED TO RECOVER FROM THE ECONOMY IF PRICES KEEP CLIMBING (OUTRAGEOUSLY IF YOU ASK ME), HOURS AND JOBS ARE GETTING CUT, UNEMPLOYMENT IS SKYROCKETING, BANKS ARE FAILING, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON!!!

IT IS SAD AND VERY AGGRAVATING!!!
