It looks as though the walk throughs of he completed suites could begin as soon as April for the lower floors. Reportedly Bank of Hawaii will be lending on the Trump Tower Hawaii on a case by case basis depending upon credit history and other variables. It seems as though the financing will require 25-30% down for US buyers and 50% down for Buyers originating their financing through Japan and other international locations. The fact that financing is slowly becoming available for this condo-tel is actually quite promising.
