Wow, did February come and go or what? We are officially in 2009 and March is right around the corner. So far 2009 has seemed to pick up a little here at Pepper's Creek. At the Woodlands we are seeing more traffic on the weekends and most of them are very serious about purchasing a home. We recorded two sales so far in February with a possible third before months end. We are finishing building #10 and will begin on the next in the very near future.
So the momentum feels great and everyones attitude that has been coming in recently seems to be coming around. I think the initial shock of how bad the economy has gotten is over. People are starting to realize that it maybe tough for a little while but we will come out of this even better than before. It's this positive attitude that is going to spread and bring us out of this funk.
