First Time Home Buyer's are great

I just helped another first time home buyer find a home. I love working with them. They are so unasuming and have no expectations. At least the ones I have been fortunate enough to be involved with.

What I do find is that they are scared. They don't trust and it takes of lot of care and understanding to get them to believe that you won't let anything bad happen, if you can help it.

These newest clients just wanted a new home, a roof over their head that was theirs. What a breath of fresh ir from the veteran buyer.

The one thing I can say about the first time homebuyers - I really feel a sense of accomplishment after helping them move into their first home!

I recently had a couple (first timers) tell me that I did more for them in 1 day than their other Realtor did the entire time they worked with her. They were really so undemanding and wanting very little - how could you not want to help them find a home?

First time buyers is what selling real estate is all about. They do sometime get cold feet and need some one to listen as they work through fears about making the biggest investment in there life. It is all worth it to me at the end of the day.

Sorry I have not responded to anyone. I have been working so hard to make something happen in my real estate business. It has been slow but I think things are looking up.

To all those who responded to my assessment of first time homebuyer's I agree with you all. Todd I do first time homebuyer classes to with one of the companies here in Tampa. I love teaching them how to have a happy experience in home buying.

One thing about it, if you treat them right they will be your customers for life.
