How to list Bank Owned Properties

People are still writting me and asking where I get all my Bank REO's.  I swear all I do is walk into the bank and ask for them.  You have to work to get these things, and it is not easy.  The money is good and the prices are right when you get them, so the work is well worth it.  Say away from the Large banks, Well Fargo, Chase, Pasreom fanny and freddie.  Go to your local bank and work them hard.  Remember, local banks are your future.  Take note of the agents working with the large banks in your market... They are working for pennies and getting worked to death...  Make time for your local bank... get out there and network... No excuses
