Active Rain a waste of time??? I think so.

Obviously I am a neophite in this arena.  I am an incredibly successful Realtor, a leader in my community, immediate past president, & Realtor of the Year.  My posts go without comment.  Is Active Rain a waste of time?  Perhaps so.  Where can I purchase "Active Rain For Dummies?"
