I entered this business in the worst possible time, as my instructor told all of us. Since I've started my Real Estate career I think I have been very fortunate. I'm not trying to toot my own horn but, By the end of March I will have 5 closings this year. I'm sure some of the seasoned agents out there are doing much better.
As for the current state of the economy, I don't think that it's at all a bad time to buy. A house that just settled, my client said that everyone at her work said she was crazy for buying a home in these troubled times. I can say she got an awesome deal and a great rate. What more could you ask for.
