Well for the first time in over 5 years I got to see snow on Sunday. Today the sky is blue and the snow has all melted away. By this weekend the temperatures will be back to low 70's for the highs at Lake Sinclair. Much more to my liking, although the snow was pretty.
But spring is just days away, so if you are looking to buy a Lake home on Sinclair, now is the best time in years to move forward. Rates are great and prices are back down to ranges where they were 4 or 5 years ago.
Here is a sampling of what is available.
Available Lots- Lake Sinclair is over 50 years old and very developed, but a few lake lots are available. Some are really great buys right now.
Under $250,000. Now in this price range you can look to be making some compromise. Either the house won't be great or the water won't be great. And remember you can always change the house, but the lake front is what it is.
$250,000. to $300,000- Bargains, Bargains, Bargains. These are some great buys. You can expect a nice house and boatable water on all these properties. Among these are some really good buys.
$300,000 to $400,000.- Also some good buys in this price range. Several are new homes on really great water with fantastic views.
$400,000. to $500,000.- No compromise in this price range. These are some really wonderful homes on great water.
Over $500,000.- You will find something exceptional at each of these. Some are on acreage- between 2 and 8 acres (rare finds on Lake Sinclair)
