True statement....the great thing is the average client still depend on Realtors for hard facts and current stats. Since real estate is local is a good idea to know all you can about the area you work in.

Love the fortune cookie.  I will try it.  Sold a home today....  My seller asked if we did not sell to this buyer, when would we get a new buyer.  I said the market is down 300 today, what do you think?
