Welcome back to our series on Waterfront living. When you talk about living on the water, you usually assume that the price goes up due to your location. I wanted to show you that this isn't exactly true and talk about what to consider when looking at water front property. We have talked about how living near the water can range anywhere from $300,000 and up. There are so many waterfronts here in Fort Lauderdale that you can choose from anywhere you want by just walking the shores. But, of course, talking with me, we can narrow that down a little to find the perfect place for you to live.
