Importance about Locking Doors

By

Today I had a client call me up and tell me that when he came home to his house the back door had been left crack open and the front door was not locked either.  In the mean time someone had come into the home (vacant home) but in this case the seller was lucky that nothing had been taken.

Just as a reminder to double and triple check to make sure the doors are locked.

Good post Jeffrey! Everytime I leave a viewing I always check and double check to make sure every window and door is locked. It's a shame at how careless our industry can be

HI JEFFREY!  Great reminder post -- I often triple check and then leave a note with the time "we've" left the home so if there are problems, the Sellers can narrow things down. -- Gabrielle

Hi Jeffrey~ It is important for each of us to make sure we double check and make sure all doors are relocked.  Sellers count on us to do this every single time we show.
