There hasn't been much activity since my August Update, so I thought I would give you a little historical information on the sales in this condo community.

There have been no sales so far this year in this condo.  I have statistical information going back to 1997 sales on the MLS below:

Since 1997 we have seen an increase of average sold price of 229%.  Now each unit is different and at the time there are many factors that go into the sale price of any specific unit.   But I want to share with you that this is still a significant increase in value!  This just goes to confirm that long term Real Estate is an excellent investment.  

There are countless stories of people that come here year after year stunned at the tremendous growth and are quiet upset that they missed their opportunity.  But with the market being the way it is, this is the time to be purchasing property in Southwest Florida.  See my Blog Attention Buyers for mor information.
