Sacramento is a bit far for me unfortunately. I'm a gay man who is a certified and FHA approved appraiser that works in Contra Costa and Alameda counties (all zips in both counties). Any future referrals for those two counties would be greatly appreciated.
I wish gayrealestate.com had a section for appraisers. :-(
