In the midst of all the devestating news about the economy, it is easy to get discouraged and believe that the sky is falling. For those of us in the real estate industry, it has been particularly easy to have those feelings. But, here in east Tennessee, we have been somewhat insulated from the troubles of other markets. We did not have the tremendous highs that some areas did and we haven't had the extreme lows that some have had. I don't mean to sound like we haven't been hit, but our area has held up pretty well considering. Buyer opportunities are incredible right now!
