Thank you, Gita, I appreciate that. Another of our Eastport (Annapolis) listings just went under contract in under 3 weeks...as did a small condo listing of ours near the Annapolis mall. We see definite signs of life in the market, and are looking forward to a good spring market. PS - My sister, Mary Licata, with Coldwell Banker also sells homes in Bucks County.
