The 20/50/30 Rule - Use It Wisely!

For those of us who work with clients and our most valuable resource is our time, The 20/50/30 Rule is imperative:
20% of your clients/prospects will just click and work with you very well. GET OUT OF THEIR WAY!
50% of your clients/prospects need a compelling presentation with benefits to them on why they should work with you or take your advice. In my case, Sellers should staged a home prior to going onto the market (in almost every case). Most sellers need a benefits-driven presentation on why they should stage. Staging usually yields anywhere from 6 - 24% more in the sale price compared to a non-staged property.
30% of clients/prospects are TOXIC. GET RID OF THEM AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!
