I am newer to Active Rain and I noticed the Refferal Exchange... So Took a gander to see what it was all about. I found some referrals in my area and Some people promoting their sites. Was wondering if anyone has used this service and how it works?? Help a newbe out

I tried, but was bombarded with folks selling their mortgage services, out of area real estate services, everything but what I posted the referral for, a buyer's agent for a buyer.

Limit your searches/alerts to more than a raw lead or you will be bombarded by spammers.
