Well  I am sure you are wondering where I have been for months. Due to the declining real estate and mortgage industry, I had to pick up another job to make ends meet.  Not something I really wanted to do, just  something to pay the bills during this difficult time.

 

I am back in full swing as far as mortgages now, and looking for people that are currently wasting their hard-earned money on rent. These are the people that need to take advantage of the buyers market we are experiencing right now. Not only can you save thousands on the purchase of a home, but rates are at an all time low.  Mortgage rates have not be this historically low since 2004. Not to mention the increased tax breaks that are available to you if you buy a home , you can now qualify for 10% of sales price(max $15,000) tax deduction! That is on top of existing tax breaks.

 

If you are thinking that you can't qualify to purchase a home because your credit is not so perfect and according  to everything you read, you must have perfect credit....pay attention to what I am about to tell you.  I have a wonderful credit repair person that has gotten several of my borrowers'  score up by 100 points within 60-90days! Amazing, I know. This is the honest truth and they can tell you this themselves. We made that dream of homeownership a reality within 90days! That is such a small amount of time considering the reward they received in the end. So if fair or poor credit is holding you back from being able to purchase a home, do something to change that now!

 

If you are thinking that you do not have the 3.5% that FHA now requires  as a down payment ,  don't  give up, you very well could qualify for down payment assistance.  There are still many programs available to you depending on income and location. Just because you are hearing there are no 100% loans does not mean that there are not programs and special loans such as Rural Development or USDA loans that you might qualify for.

 

The American Dream is still obtainable for most anyone that wants to achieve it! You just have to take the first step in calling to see where to begin and what you qualify for.

Don't be discouraged by the constant negative news regarding the housing market, look at it as an advantage as a buyer.  Now days you can save thousands on the sales price and have the seller pay atleast 6% closing costs a lot of times! There is nothing negative there when you are the buyer!

Okay, with this said, and your tax return on its way....let's make things happen!
