Are you playing hide and seek?  Are you waiting for your clients to find you?   Stop Waiting For Your Clients To Find You.  Get out there and make things happen for yourself.  You have to be proactive which means using foresight which means acting and thinking ahead. 

     Develop an "I Can" mindset

     Set your goals and write them down

     Gather the necessary information that will help you perform each task 

     Do something daily to help you achieve your goals

     Stick with your goals

     Be knowledgeable about the market

     Be productive each work day

No matter how hard you think these simple tasks may be they will help you to become better at what you are doing.

Don't wait on that referral.  Don't wait on that buyer or seller to come to you.  Seek them out and know once you do this you will have an overflow of business.

And believe me I am preaching to myself.

One thing I learned a long time ago was to carry a yellow pad with me and everyday I write down what I NEED TO ACCOMPLISH BEFORE I GO HOME and well it works, and before I go to sleep each night I make up a new list, it helps me to sleep better because I know what I will be doing the next day if God allows me to wake up. And when I wake up I am in work mode because I know what I need to do.
