There is a Frisco in Colorado too?

At the base of Peak One and along Lake Dillon is Frisco, centrally located to all of Summit County with the major ski areas, including Vail, just a short drive away. At the Frisco recreation peninsula is the nordic center, where you can find the finest in cross country skiing, snow-shoeing, and dinner sleigh rides.

In the summer there are two campgrounds and boat launching facilities to enjoy Lake Dillon. Main Street in Frisco is a vibrant business area with many "one of a kind" shops and restaurants. The Frisco Peninsula has an 18 hole disc golf course, a multi-purpose field and a baseball field.

The Mountain Side area in Frisco is one of the most popular in town. It consists of condominiums and single family residences in a quiet setting. There is easy access to the county-wide bike path and a nice clubhouse.

Most properties in Frisco including Mountain Side, River Glen and Cross Creek are within walking distance to shopping and dining, and have views from most any corner.

The Reserve and Waterdance are upscale subdivisions of single family homes. Care has been given to preserve the natural landscape in both areas. Waterdance backs to the lake and the Frisco Nordic Center.

The Lakepoint area has residences including Lagoon Townhomes with easy access to the bike path and lake. Lagoon Townhomes have a great clubhouse with a pool, hot tubs, racquetball and tennis.

Did you know the picture I use for the Colorful Colorado group was taken by Kristal Krafts sister. It's Lake Dillion, still one of the prettest places in Colorado.
