The real estate market in Anthem is starting off much better than we did in 2008. The number of homes actively on the market fell again. We saw prices decrease a bit in February, but still the burn rate is down to 2 months now, so based on that statistic we are entering a seller's market in Anthem. Days on market increased a bit, but again, nothing to be alarmed about.
If you or someone you know are considering purchasing a home in Anthem, now's the time.
