I have been on twitter for a while now.. and was extremely excited to learn that I now had 43 followers. I thought that was a pretty fair number who were interested in following my inane tweets.
"Snow again today", "a full day of showings today"... really, people care to read that stuff?
But I am eclipsed by our paragon of Active Rain over at Twitter as well... Jason Crouch weighs in, on Twitter, with an impressive 5,766 followers. Yowza... I figured that had to be a record.
so I checked my Twinfluence on Twitter against Jason's... and while doing so learned that Jason, too, 
has a goal to reach on Twitter. A industrious fellow named Scot McKay, also out of Texas, but San Antonio this time (what IS it with these incredibly active internet gurus out of Texas??) has amassed 31,267 followers and the title of the Twitter-er with the most "reach". And he's managed to do so with far less effort having made only 4,391 updates, while Jason's been incredibly active with 12,367 updates (tweets) at least effective this morning.
Wow! I think even Lenn Harley would have trouble getting a pink badge on that one!
Suddenly, I don't know why, but I feel a little better about my measely 43 followers.
Holy Morklefeathers, people... John Novak is right. Tony from Zappos.com has 195,523 followers.. (now, including ME!).
