Please Don't Forget

Suppose you were NOT able to adjust to the lost hour? That each DAY, not ONCE A YEAR, you lost an hour of your memory? Disruption of your routine, forgetting that you even have a routine, forgetting where you are, or wondering who these people around you are.  Sadder yet, you may not even be aware that you HAVE forgotten.  And when fall does come, those hours continue to be taken away instead of regained.

This is the life of an Alzheimer's patient and their family.

Steve and Debbie are strong supporters of the Alzheimer's Association, and we'd like to invite you to help us raise money to fight against this horrible disease that currently affects 7 million Americans and is the leading cause of death of elderly people.

This weekend we will turn our clocks ahead for one hour.  Daylight savings time has arrived!  For those of you who love the early morning, well, have at it, as the rest of us who are NOT morning people dread this time of year.  One hour of lost sleep truly disrupts our routines, makes us feel even more rushed in the morning, and what little morning memory we have is gone till we adjust in the next few weeks.  Oh how we await fall, not for the changing season, but for that wonderful regained hour of sleep.

I'm just trying to figure out how to get back that hour of sleep when my 4 yr old woke me up last night for no apparent reason except to see if I was asleep.  How exactly does this relate to the Real Estate Marketing 2.0 group?
