59 degrees and counting. Can you believe that on March 6th in Garrett County @ Deep Creek Lake it is that warm. But hold on, because Mr. Winter may not be done. I remember about 10 years ago in mid-March we had a huge snow storm. It was beautiful. Deep Creek Lake is still frozen at the moment, but with these tempratures it won't be long before the boats will be buzzing by. The scary part is that there are folks still going out on the ice!! Talk about crazy! If you haven't been up lately, you really need to take a trip. Spring will be blooming soon and it will be gourgeous!
Real Estate activity is picking up in Garrett County. Between the contracts written in January and those in February we have seen a 62% increase in activity! That is phenomenal!
