Testimonials from Secrets of an AARE Auctioneer Training Workshop - Realtor Friendly Courses

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with The Auctionarium

The charter workshop in Ocean City went better than expected with about 1/2 of the attendees Realtors and 1/2 Auctioneers. The next workshop is Saturday March 21st in Valley Forge, PA at the Crowne Plaza

This really and truly looks like it will surpass anything NAA, or I should say AMI has ever put together.

Billy,

I agree with your corporate trainer.  This really and truly looks like it will surpass anything NAA, or I should say AMI has ever put together.

I would be very interested in not only looking at, but also taking your course.

I am also sure that you have many people lined up as instructors, but if you ever need one more, you can count me in.

Talk soon,

This seminar is a must if you want real world experience and knowledge and hard facts that you can utilize right out the door. Our rating: A+++

Bonnie and I had a wonderful time in Ocean City meeting all of you and attending your seminar.

Bonnie and I thought your seminar was one of the best we had attended in a long long time.

All of you did a wonderful job and the material presented was first rate!  Your material in the course was well done, well organized and presented in a logical and systematic manner and worth far more then what we paid.   The breakfast , lunch and all the goodies at the break were a special treat and very much appreciated and very thoughtful and refreshing.

The seminar presentation was excellent and Billie and Stephanie and Raleigh did an excellent job and were truly very willing and excited to share their knowledge and help and assist the attendees fully. Bonnie and I felt the course was well worth the time, long drive and cost  and we would recommend the course to real estate agents and those new and aspiring auctioneers that need to put it all together, as well as a great refresher for experienced realtors and auctioneers. The CD was a bonus and a surprise and I was very happy that there were forms and contracts to help guide me in my own auction business.

The seminar was a success and Billie and crew did an excellent job in transferring their vast knowledge and their real world on the street experience of the auction business to all the participants. For any Real Estate Folks interested in learning or pursuing the auction business, This seminar is a must if you want real world experience and knowledge and hard facts that you can utilize right out the door...... You would be wise to take the seminar. Our rating: A+++

We have been selling some Real Estate at auction, but now I realize that we have been approaching it all wrong.

Well I just returned from Billy Burke's class "Secrets of an AARE Auctioneer", wow what a class.

If you have ever thought about taking a class like this, this is the one!! Just to be able to have the contracts that he uses are worth alot more than the cost of the course. He outlines step by step how to deal with sellers and buyers, it is truly amazing.

We have been selling some Real Estate at auction, but now I realize that we have been approaching it all wrong.

I am looking forward to putting this information to work for our company and also working with Billy in the future. Be sure to check out his course!! If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Well you really have me thinking after yesterday's class. I have to say it has to have been one of the top classes I have attended in along time, congratulations on your work. I will be glad to post on the NAA website about your class.
