Find yourself making cold calls? waiting for phone calls? sending letters with no responses?

Well if you're making money tell me what you're doing right. Some tips I get are just not working, nor very cost effective.

Start by making a list of everyone you know, friends, family, co-workers, etc. It's called a Sphere of Influence. Send them letters letting them know about your career change & how you can help them or their friends buy/sell or to find a realtor out of state (referrals). Good luck!

Referrals & word of mouth is the only way to go!
